17 years computer experience with IBM in the areas of marketing, training, support and management.  Additional experience as a director of an importing company, marketing with a PC training company, marketing and management experience with a computer networking company.

MIKE JOHNSON – MANAGING DIRECTOR

11 years’ experience with General Finance in the areas of lending, regional management and personnel management.  Further experience as the general manager of a successful importer/wholesaler, which included the implementation of the Intersoft accounting suite. Prior to acquiring Full Circle also spent 3 years employed as a project manager with a state owned enterprise undertaking a number of successful IT projects.

MICHAEL JOHNSON – OPERATIONS MANAGER

Over 20 years’ experience in hardware, software and network support. Additional experience in the design and implementation of custom database solutions.  Specialises in system implementation, custom data reporting, and Visual Basic Scripting.

ANDREW JACKSON – PROJECT MANAGER

A qualified chartered accountant with over 9 years working in the financial services industry in NZ. Previous experience as a financial controller, CFO and operations manager implementing emPOWER and finPOWER Systems.

STEPHEN ROWE - SOFTWARE SUPPORT

Several years’ experience in the insurance industry offering system support and training to a variety of staff within the company. Also spent a couple of years working in a regional IT company offering system support, setup and configuration. Recently completed his BCA majoring in Commercial Law.

VIKRAM SHEOKAND - SOFTWARE SUPPORT

Having completed a Bachelor of Computing and Postgraduate Diploma of Business and Administration Vikram has also worked in software testing and web development in India and Australia before joining our team.

Nima Biglar Beigi Malayer

NIMA BIGLAR BEIGI MALAYER - .NET and VBA DEVELOPER

Nima comes with 15 years' experience in design, development and implementation of software solutions.  He has worked in some very large international corporations in the Middle East, implementing and maintaining ERP and MIS systems.

Lauren Donaldson

LAUREN DONALDSON - ADMINISTRATION / HELP DESK SUPPORT

Many years' experience working with small businesses performing all administrative tasks including accounts and payroll processes. Have had experience working across many industries including more recently Immigration, Recruitment, Legal and Manufacturing.

MICHELLE GILL - SOFTWARE SUPPORT

Michelle has over 35 years' of business experience in computer systems, grahpic consulting, administration and office management.  Additional experience includes management consulting, systems implementation/training and process improvement across several industries including legal, transport & Logistics, mining and more recently funds management where she actively used the finPOWER Connect application
